Nederburg, North-west of Cape Town, is one of the classic South African wine producers, with a history of more than 200 years. This cabernet from the winemaster's reserve range is terrific value. It has distinctive varietal characters of blackcurrant and mulberry, with a slight herbal edge and plush fruit on the palate. It has a dry, elegant finish.
