The Tri-County Pinot Noir hails from Napa, Monterrey, and Santa Barbara counties throughout California. The grapes are all fermented separately and then blended to create a wine that is balanced and complex, taking elements of each vineyard to the complete wine. This wine leaps out of the glass with macerated cherry, toasted oak, and a hint of blueberry. On the palate it is similarly intense with a juicy red fruited attack and long oaky finish. Pair this wine with roasted turkey or duck and creamy cheeses.
